Ryan is the best! I am happy with a basic car and never purchase the extras. I only buy a new one every 10 years because I have always disliked used car salesmen. He met every NO with kindness, explained the pros and cons for each decision and accepted every NO with a smile. Then when I stopped at the vending machine to grab a snack for the ride home he swooped in and tapped his credit card with a smile and a “thank you for choosing McFarland Nissan and welcome to the family.” He didn’t even get a sale out of me!
