Took vehicle in for oil change. Was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes which was OK. After 30 minutes or so, the service rep came and asked me what my car was here for. After 1.5 hours, the service tech came in and got me. Said everything was fine. I paid. He came and gave me the keys and I went to my care that had been pulled out. When I started it, the electronic sign came up that told me it is time for an oil change. I got out and asked him to reset that notice. He did. The car had not been washed or cleaned. I asked about that, and he said, “They were supposed to do that.” He took it to have it cleaned. The whole deal took almost 2 hours. More
