Though I'm pleased they were able to get my headlight repair covered under my extended warrantee plan that I purchased through Toyota when I purchased my vehicle, I was made to feel like it was something repair covered under my extended warrantee plan that I purchased through Toyota when I purchased my vehicle, I was made to feel like it was something I did to damage my own vehicle and was told SEVERAL different times this was "unusual" to get this damage on a headlight covered. I pay monthly and purchased the warrantee, what's it matter to the service people if the damage is covered?? Does he bring home less money if it's covered vs not covered? I felt like I had to bring my husband in when I picked up my vehicle for support; I was very uncomfortable More

During my wait, I had the pleasure of sitting by the fire (yes a fireplace exists) in a lovely waiting area complete with TV remote if I chose to watch something of interest. Alas I had to work and there was no issue with free WiFi connections nor table tops so I could make the waiting area my office. Tops in my book! More
