Been getting my car service at McGee Toyota since purchasing it new in 2020. Mark in the service department always gets me in on the date and time I request. Went in for Maintainence, I then moved so had to go to a different place for the next Maintenence check. Found out last time they had put 3 of my tires on backwards. So much for being Toyota experts.
