On July 16, I stopped in to look at a vehicle and met with Aidan Smith. Sadly, that vehicle just wasn’t was I was looking for. Aidan was nice and understood and I went on my way. Unfortunately for me, I ended up in a nightmare with a different local dealership over the next few days which made me extremely hesitant and leery of the “bigger” dealerships. But Aidan had left a good impression on me when I originally met him, so I reached out again about a 2021 Tahoe he had just got in. He responded back to me within 20 minutes. I said I would stop by in that same afternoon to look at it. Aidan was prepared when I got there and got right down to showing and explaining everything about the vehicle to me. It was exactly what I was looking for so we started the number crunching process with Tony. I was back within 36 hours to finalize the deal. Aidan was not only kind, genuine and honest but he was also upfront and transparent about the vehicle and whole process. Not only did he stand by what he said, but he actually cared about what he was doing. When I had originally met him a week earlier, he had told me he was a “man of his word” - he really is. From our first email to getting the new registration and sticker on it, Aidan did not let 1 ball drop. No matter how big or tiny of a detail it was, he paid attention to it. From start to finish, at no point did I feel pressured, skeptical or leery about anything. Aidan’s approach and follow-through is unmatched to any other experience I have had in my 30 years of buying cars and I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from McGovern again. Both he and Tony managed to restore my faith in both humanity and the car buying process. More

Great Service! My 2017 convertible Camaro had a unique issue with satellite radio where it would not work all of a sudden then it would work in the Boston area. I checked out the obvious and had Sirius reinstall the service but that didn't work. I brought it to McGovern and within a day they were able to troubleshoot and identify a signal wire that shorted and took out the antenna. Rick the service manager kept us informed as it was not the usual type of issue. His Service department is second to none . Professional and FAIR ! Absolutely AVOID this dealership. Sales and Service are both atrocious! I tried to purchase $120k 2023 Escalade ESV from them, and they could not follow through with their promises. We decided to purchase a 2023 Escalade ESV-V, a near $200k vehicle, out of state. Brought it to them not once, but twice, for service, at time of 500 mile oil change, with a typical new vehicle bug. I was scheduled for another visit 8/30/2023, as I got it back with MORE ISSUES THAN IT WENT IN WITH, but canceled after their rudeness 8/29/2023, and took it to another dealership. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE!!!! ANOTHER DEALERSHIP had to attach wires and lines that Tracy Cadillac FORGOT TO PUT BACK TOGETHER, and can not state with certainty, if the part now ordered is related to the original issue, OR DAMAGES from Tracy Cadillac's INCOMPETENCE. It is one thing to not know HOW to fix a vehicle, but something else entirely to NOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER after their failed attempts to fix it!!! More
2017 Escalade Platinum with full CPO warranty when it was looked at still has transmission issues and a bad vibration due to bent wheels… serviced there 6x was told they would charge me to check and balance looked at still has transmission issues and a bad vibration due to bent wheels… serviced there 6x was told they would charge me to check and balance as needed even though the customer stayed a vibration at 60 mph+.. would have noticed bent wheels if they properly diagnosed the issue.. also the leather dash over airbag is totally wrinkled and looks terrible on a big money vehicle… the transmission I was told would get a new torque converter the third time they took the vehicle in for diagnosis.. all that was done was another fluid change which leaves me no confidence in the vehicle… overall just bandaided my transmission and gave me no satisfaction… they also scratched my passenger side door so bad it had to be repainted to which it doesn’t even match the other paint now… just not any satisfaction after buying the brand at all More
