I got my previous grand Cherokee from Brigham Gill Natick and went back to trade in for a newer one when my lease was about to expire. The service was terrible to say the least. What a difference ! From my first interaction with Megan to when I visited the dealership and met with Alex my salesman, everything went very smoothly. He listened to my preferences and what I came looking for. He was friendly, pleasant, efficient and professional. Qualities that are standards in any dealership but unfortunately what Brigham Gill seemed to be lacking. Choose McGovern jeep in Newton I promise you will not be disappointed. More
