Horrendous customer service My experience with Giovanni Recupero was very frustrating. Not only did he not know the products and services Honda has to offer (such as linking my p My experience with Giovanni Recupero was very frustrating. Not only did he not know the products and services Honda has to offer (such as linking my phone to my new car) but I had to make continuous calls for four days straight to check to see if the registration for my newly purchase car had been completed. because Mr. Recupero neglected to do so for me. The only upside in my experience was with a young woman named Christy. In less than 5 minutes Christy linked my phone to my car whereas Mr. Recupero wasted 5 hours of my time and still couldn't get the job done. I believe Giovanni could use more training in customer service as well as Honda's features. Thank you More

Both John and Oscar were very knowledgeable, genuine, sincere, and very helpful with answering my questions with purchasing versus leasing. John.
