I am a longtime & multi Volvo car customer of (now) McGovern Volvo. My treatment & auto care has been consistently exemplary. My most recent need was for air conditioning repair. Rodney went above and beyond service help in diagnosing the problem and arranging for the repair. He kept the very pricy bill as manageable as possible and made sure the job was properly done. My car was washed & vacuumed and always returned to me clean & ready to go While waiting in the reception area was comfortable and had lovely beverages and snacks available if needed. My conscientious sales person Selena took the time to check with me about my recent car purchase and how I was as she saw me waiting-Very kind! More

I made a mistake and brought my car in a day early and they were able to take care of it and never complained or mentioned it. They kept me posted and called to make sure I was ok with what they were doin they were able to take care of it and never complained or mentioned it.
