First I want to say that I would have given 5 star rating if solely basing on Sales only. Ryan T (Sales Manager) and Ethan S was awesome! I've been buying all my cars from them for the past few years! Overall I've probably bought 10+cars from Acura/Honda They take good care of me when it comes to Sales! My issue I have is Service Department. My last vehicle I leased three weeks ago 2026 Acura Integra, was promised Remote Start which I paid for in my deal, and had them add it in. Took my vehicle into service today to get that installed (as I had scheduled appointment) I previously called to schedule the appointment and asked if my remote start would come with two key fobs to which they told me yes. Fast forward to today, I was only given one fob not two and was then told that I'd have to pay full price for another fob to have it programmed. This is poor service and for someone that has bought multiple cars they should have taken better care of their customer who was loyal. This lack of customer service is where I draw the line and I will be looking for another company going forward to purchase my vehicles from may switch over to Lexus, Mercedes or BMW. Too bad the sales team is awesome, Service team you definitely dropped the ball and lost a loyal customer! More
