The salesman (Michael M. ) was helpful but after that it was a disaster. They charge for add-ons and already put them on vehicles, whether you want them or not... Lojack and s ) was helpful but after that it was a disaster. They charge for add-ons and already put them on vehicles, whether you want them or not... Lojack and some kind of windshield protection... and wouldnt remove the Lojack, so you have to spend $1000 on something you dont want. They talk you into additional warranty coverage and say you can take it off any time and lower your monthly payment but when you call to do that say that it wont decrease the payment but would just lower the total balance.... and then argue with you about how bad of an idea it is to remove the warranty. In the mean time, the 3rd party that they use to file all of the registrations with the courthouse/county will take a full 90 days to do their job correctly. I still can get plates for my vehicle because they have messed up the paperwork so many times. Would absolutely not recommend this dealership. More

BMW of Elmhurst changed my oil last year. During this time, they installed the screw crooked, and over tightened this, stripping the screw. Now he is saying that "upper management" is saying no, because they cannot confirm they were the last people to work on it. With all the technology in these cars, I feel that you can tell. You and your company should do the right thing and fix your mistake. More
