Straightforward transaction, the dealership as understaffed Nov 16th, I had been researching SUVs for several months and decided that a CX9 Grand Touring in Soul Red with black interior was what we wanted. The Nov 16th, I had been researching SUVs for several months and decided that a CX9 Grand Touring in Soul Red with black interior was what we wanted. The Autobarn City Mazda had one and it was on the showroom floor. I was greated warmly at the door. I provided the printout from the website and found the SUV on the showroom floor. I was offered a test drive without hesitation and quickly decided to make a deal. I was offered a fair trade in value on my Kia Sorento along with dealer discounts. Unfortunately the dealer was short staffed and getting the transaction completed and delivery made took longer than I had hoped, but otherwise we are happy. More

We signed up our 2017 / 15,000 mile Mazda CX-9 for an oil change ($99.95). $100 is already a bit rich for a synthe Terrible Service and Price Gouging. We signed up our 2017 / 15,000 mile Mazda CX-9 for an oil change ($99.95). $100 is already a bit rich for a synthetic oil change but thought it good to have recalls and the like checked out. The service department took advantage of my wife and assertively recommended a 15k Service Special which included a ton of items not included or required in Mazda factory maintenance schedule. $483 later we have an oil change, rotation, two $15 air filters and a bunch of unnecessary "carbon" flushes. She called me crying saying she thought they recommendation was needed to keep the warranty and they recommended it but were only taking advantage of her. My recommendation would be to get your Mazda serviced elsewhere and avoid their deceptive practices. Our previous full service oil changes and 100 point inspections failed to check battery terminals which led to failing to identify corrosion leaving us stranded on the side of the road. This is the second and last vehicle I will purchased from Autobarn. More

Service is decent but avoid the waiting area The waiting room space was almost painful to sit in. Unfortunately, my experience was really dampened by the 2.5 hours I ended up sitting in there. I highly, highly recommend putting in an air purifier or something along the lines because the smell of the garage area on top of the smell of smokers was really difficult to be trapped in without any ventilation. Also, as an aside, I find it very unprofessional that the woman at the check-out area is just watching videos on her phone the entire time... More
Price issue/Customer Service I was overcharged for a car cover I ordered over the phone. I called before to pick up my order the day after arrival date. The parts person (no clue of the name) said it had not arrived yet, then I was like, are you sure? Then he's like oh yes it is here. Then I was like is it there or not? He replies "Yes it is here". I arrive for pick up to the parts department, he informs me I need to go to service. I go to service they send me back to parts. In between the back and forth which I did not appreciate I get charge more on the actual product I purchased. Not cool. This dealership has extremely bad customer service every single time I have come in there I've always have problems if its not one thing it is another. Also not to mention the strippings of one of my bolts, where I realized they aren't very professional at their job. Hopefully Chris in service who seems very professional at his job takes care of my refund how he said he would. Next time I come in there if I ever do, he will be the only person I will speak to in regards to parts. More
