Not sure what happened this time. My oil change ballooned to 3 hours! Watched a few people that arrived after me leave. Okay happens. Was also told my fob battery would be replaced as My oil change ballooned to 3 hours! Watched a few people that arrived after me leave. Okay happens. Was also told my fob battery would be replaced as they noticed the warning about low battery. Didn't get done, had to do it myself. Also, not a big deal. Told them I was going to replace my own air filters as well, no problem they say. Now when I finally get around to changing my engine filter, the cover wasn't latched down after their inspection, so I basically have been driving without an air filter since the oil change. Also, not the biggest deal it happens. But all of these things happening on a service that I paid well more than the average oil change for in order to have the reliability of the dealer behind it, is disappointing. I don't think I would prepay for oil changes on a future car purchase based on the experiences I've had. More
