Recall service the work done for the recall was good..as far as I can tell. One of the issues I specifically mentioned several times was that my windshield was reall the work done for the recall was good..as far as I can tell. One of the issues I specifically mentioned several times was that my windshield was really dirty and there was some kind of smog on it. They replaced the windshield wipers which was needed. However I specifically asked if they cleaned the windshield and the car and they said yes. When I got the car back..I saw that it was definitely not cleaned, specifically the windshield that I had asked about. Disappointed that I left my car there for 3 days and they didn’t clean the windshield that I had an issue with or clean the car like they said they did. More

While they do a fine job as far as I can tell, I'm always left feeling forced into spending m The main reason I go to this dealership is its location. While they do a fine job as far as I can tell, I'm always left feeling forced into spending more. Every time I bring my car in for a service, they apparently find several things in need of "immediate" repair, which always is not the case. It's usually one or maybe two things that actually do need immediate additional work. I appreciate the diagnostics and keeping me informed of my car's condition, but this always makes me feel like they're gauging me for more money instead of looking out for my best interests. This dealership only wants to take your money. In the meantime, they'll do a decent maintenance job, but be prepared to say no to a laundry list of "immediate needs". More
