Typical Dealership ABS/Traction/Tire pressure sensor came on. They obviously just reset the codes and told me im "good to go"; came back on again literally right before ABS/Traction/Tire pressure sensor came on. Had to wait even longer for them to actually do their job and use a scanning tool to figure it out (really should have just done that in the first place... would have saved us both time) Service was done within the day scheduled, which is literally the only reason im giving the extra star. Car came back with 20 extra miles than when i dropped it off. They obviously took it for a joy ride which im not happy about.... I understand that you need to drive a little to make sure the sensors dont come back up, but thats just ridiculous. The drive from my house the the dealership isnt even half that mileage. Car had a strange smell for a few days after picking it up too. No idea who, but one of the workers literally stalled the car right in front of me before picking it up again. Please dont let someone who doesnt know how to drive manual drive a car that has a manual transmission... totally unacceptable. I will avoid service at all costs unless it is something that is covered by warranty. Will install a camera inside to record everything next time More

Buying A Car As It Should Be I knew I was going to buy a Mazda 6 the moment I first saw it at the Chicago Auto Show in 2014. The timing didn't work out until March of 2018 however I knew I was going to buy a Mazda 6 the moment I first saw it at the Chicago Auto Show in 2014. The timing didn't work out until March of 2018 however. Mazda announced the 6-speed manual transmission would no longer be available in the Touring model for 2018 so I knew I had to act quickly. Brian found me a 2017.5 at an out-of-market dealer, but managed to get it for me very quickly. He was easy to work with, did not use undue pressure and made the whole experience positive, as did everyone with whom I came in contact at the dealer. I've had the car ten months, and have not had a single problem. I absolutely love everything about the car from the handling to the ergonomics to the insane number of details the designers must have anguished over. It is truly a remarkably well designed and executed car. I can't say enough positive things about the whole buying/owning experience. It echoes the terrific experiences I had with my '84, '87 and '91 626s and the '93 Miata I still have. These are superstars without the high price of admission. More

I had the unfortunate decision to have my car towed there on Saturday 12.15 and they are just the worst customer service! They are rushed, keep you on hold, pass you around on the phone and think you are a different customer. Cut you off mid sentence and tell you they will get back to you in a certain amount of time to appease you and get you off the phone but they surely will not get back to you. Yesterday 12.17, first thing they say on the phone is what s your name and oh your car is out of warranty. No its has a CPO warranty good until June of 2019. Oh they say thinking "whatever I'm in a hurry" we have 3 techs with the flu and will call you back at 4 today with an update. No call (Surprise!). Today 12.18. Get passed around on the phone for 5 minutes constantly put on hold and then they think I am a different customer. Cut me off mid sentence and say no have not looked at it give us 2.5 hours. Sure! It perhaps is not a employee problem but a ownership problem not staffing and training properly. I will not be using them or buying a MAZDA there. More
