My service advisor, Matt G, was incredibly amazing and attentive to my questions and requests. I typically do not enjoy my experience with most service departments due to lack of respect of an individuals attentive to my questions and requests. I typically do not enjoy my experience with most service departments due to lack of respect of an individuals desires and needs in that moment. The McGrath team, but especially Matt, did not disappoint and gave quite the opposite experience making me feel like they care by means of listening. Matt was also able to go above and beyond given my situation, which in and of itself makes a tedious process much smoother and without hiccups. Matt also made sure things that were not on my radar were also addressed. Thank you more than words for all the assistance, Matt! More
