Terrible experience at McGrath Subaru service department. Failed to top off my fluids after changing my oil. Made me wonder what other short cuts were taken. Ripped off during service - got charged $250 as labor cost just to change 4 small bulbs costing $2.98 a piece . After years of trudging with Berman in the city, McGrath was such a breath of fresh air! Rick and his crew in service were fantastic from the start.
