I walked in Evanston Subaru and no one approached me to ask if I needed any help! I was in the market for 2 new Impreza's. I walked up to the front desk and asked for help and to my surprise the guy calle ask if I needed any help! I was in the market for 2 new Impreza's. I walked up to the front desk and asked for help and to my surprise the guy called to a salesman that was sitting on a chair by the front of the store? I thought he was a customer because this guy was sitting there the whole time I was walking around not only the show room but the whole front and back lot also. Anyways he then approached me after the guy from the front desk called out to him. He said can I help you. I explained that I was is the market for a new Impreza and would like to take a test drive. After taking the Impreza for a drive I asked if he could make a deal? He said I can take $250 off MRSP. I said what could you do on two Impreza's? He replied I can take $500 off MRSP on each? Never going to his manager and asking if they could make a deal just telling me they don't make any money on vehicles? I was thinking to my self how do you pay for the light bill or for the commercials then? Don't get me wrong I don't like the salesmen that flock to you like pigeons when you have a slice of bread! But customer service is not priority here. I did end up buying 2 new Impreza's but not here! More

Very Pleased! I needed an oil change and also had several problems. After giving my list of problems I was assured that everything would be taken care of. I recei I needed an oil change and also had several problems. After giving my list of problems I was assured that everything would be taken care of. I received a rental car while mine was being repaired. When I picked up my car I was told that all problems were taken care of. And they were! I must say the mechanics did a great job. It is a wonderful feeling to drive my Subaru without having to worry as to whether or not I will be able to remove my key after I turn off the engine (my main problem!). Also the tailgate no longer makes noise and the navigation system is working well. Of course the oil was changed and everything was checked over. Evanston Subaru did great by me! More

Still out of alignment with one slow leak My wife went in for a tire indicator, which we found to have two slow leaking tires. They stated they found a screw in one and couldn't find a leak i My wife went in for a tire indicator, which we found to have two slow leaking tires. They stated they found a screw in one and couldn't find a leak in the other. She asked if they cleaned the rim of the one they found with no issue. She said he didn't respond. He also stated uneven wear. After being there for roughly an hour and half, they said she was done. Our 2015 still pulls to the right the they unfixed tire remains to have a slow leak. Luckily we have an air compressor 10 feet away from this tire. More

Service on brake recall Had to come back to make an appointment which was inconvenient since I never had to make one before.
