My first service experience was good. My purchase of the car left me with a feeling that people did really not know much about the cars. We worked with three different salespeople, and no one spent the time detailing the proposed cost and the items that were included. In both dealing with the sales and service departments people seem to overpromise on the schedule and then provide excuses for the slippages. More

I brought my 2024 Pilot in for an intermittent issue. I wasn’t sure if it was my driving style or an issue with the vehicle. Jason the service advisor suggested that I take Nick the technician with me on I wasn’t sure if it was my driving style or an issue with the vehicle. Jason the service advisor suggested that I take Nick the technician with me on a test drive. We duplicated the issue. It could be a normal characteristic of the Pilot. Nick test drove 2 other Pilots, a 2024 and 2025. Both had the same characteristic. Thanks for taking the time to figure it out. Also had a problem with the clock resetting on its own. Nick researched and found an issue with an update. He reinstalled the update and hopefully solved the issue. I appreciate the troubleshooting Nick and Jason did to fix or explain the issues that I had. Good Job!!! More

EVERYONE IS EXTREMELY PLEASANT. THIS IS MY 2ND SERVICE AT TIS FACILITY AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT SERVICE. SO FAR REPAIR IS GOOD. EVEN CHECKING OUT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WI THIS IS MY 2ND SERVICE AT TIS FACILITY AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT SERVICE. SO FAR REPAIR IS GOOD. EVEN CHECKING OUT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE BILL SINCE IT WAS NOT ITEMIZED AND EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED CLEARLY. THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE WAS I SCHEDULED ONLINE FOR A SUNDAY EXPLAINIING THE ERROR I WAS GETTING OF CHECK FUEL CAP. I RECEIVED MULTIPLE TEXTS AND CALLS CONFIRMING MY ISSUE. WHEN DROPPING OFF THE CAR SUNDAY I WAS NOTIFIED THERE WASN'T ANYONE THERE DOING THAT KIND OF WORK ON SUNDAY. HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE RESCHEDULED FOR A DAY DURING THE WEEK WHEN SERVICE COULD LOOK AT IT THE SAME DAY. I HAD TO LEAVE IT AND PICK UP MONDAY INSTEAD. I WILL DEFINATELY KEEP MY BUSINESS HERE. More
