I have purchased five cars from McGrath Nissan and the customer service I experience there is exceptional, hence why I continue to go back. I also go there for all my service needs and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I have always found them to be honest, informing me of what options are truly beneficial and which are nonsense, even if it results in my spending less money.

Excellent Customer Services. They really have every car priced to sell as they say. They matched the price according to the range we were expecting for the same car we wanted rather than suggesting other cars that would match our price.

The friendliness and professionalism was more than appreciated. My Review of McGrath Nissan:
After doing my "homework" I looked for quotes from several dealers for a specific Nissan Altima. In the end, McGrath Nissan was wher I purchased the new car because the staff let me but on my timeline and not theirs and the price I walked out the door with was amazing. I had recieved many lower quotes online originally but all of those dealers had excuses why I didn't qulaify for that price as I continued to pursue them.
Everyone at McGrath worked as a team to make me comfortable and there was never any pressure to buy. Matt was very thorough, knowledgable, and respectful of my time. I don't know If I have ever met a Sales Mgr who has the base of knowledge and experience at selling cars any greater than Manny.
You may think you are getting a lower price at other dealers, but do come to McGrath and I assure you that you will not be sorry you did.

This is the first time in 20 years I purchased a car from a dealer. I dealt with stereotypical "Car Salesmen" in the past and really didn't want to bother with it again. I'm glad I ended up at McGrath Nissan. My experience was quick, honest and friendly from the time I arrived. Honest was really all I was looking for. The rest was just icing on the cake. I will and have suggested McGrath to friends and family.

this is the 2nd car i have purchased, in a 3 week period from mcgrath nissan...very pleased with the service..no high pressure and certainly a very pleasant purchasing experience. Darryl Watson was my salesman..he is articulate, explains all the paperwork as the process proceeds and he knows what he is doing..his experience made the process easier for me...Darryl knew waht time i was coming in and was prepared when i arrived..he also took care of me on first purchasde...no complaints from me...

keith handled all the issues with payment, and he too explained everything as we proceeded thru the process..he offered options that i could choose from for my financial convenience.

i have purchasaed from the mcgrath team b4 when i bought my previous car, not a nissan, but that is why i went back to a mcgrath dealership..they treat you well..

have pruchased form the mcgrath team b4 when purchased my acura...nothing has changed..they are professional, friendly, forthright and fair..have never owned a nssan but am expecing the same service and care...Chris and Darryl were both professional, friendly, customer oriented and caring..the process moved fprward until i had the keys and was ready to tqake my new car home...

Chris was fair in his pricing and made the process easy..not contentious but moving forward to for me t vbe satisfies to purchase and he to make a sale...

Darryl has a genle demeanor and makes the paper process move...he is extremely well organized and articlulate..his kind and gentle demeanor is so very carring anfd your saqtisfaction is hos goal, which is paramount...

i look forward to taking delivbery in the 2ns vehicle i purchased whch should arrive shortly...all i can say is these folks are professional...

My Review of McGrath Nissan:
Let me say first, I was not looking to buy a new car at all. I was looking at Mitsubishi before Nissan. Mitsubishi, well I didn't get a whole lot of "I want to sell you a car" energy.
So we left the Mitsubishi place and drove down a little to this Nissan dealership.
Met Steve Vlagos, extremely polite!!, not one of those overbearing sales type people. And funny, what a sense of humor!! They didn't have a whole lot of used Versas at the time, so we looked at the new ones. Thinking is wasn't going to buy anything, just for fun we test drove the new one. My, the drive was nice, Steve let us drive and talk. He answered our questions, told us of all the neat features.
A test drive later, we were seriously thinking about buying a NEW Nissan Versa!!
We didn't know where we wanted to be as far as price, because as I mentioned, we were not in the market for a new car. But we talked, expressed our concerns, budget wise and they managed to get my car priced to a payment I was comfortable with.
No high pressure, Steve was again, very polite, and knowledgeable.
This is our first Nissan, but if we happen to decide to buy another one, definitely will go to McGrath Nissan to see Steve Vlagos.
