First dealer I've encountered that doesnt seem interested in selling a car. This dealer seems to be riding the "covid" wave of unreasonable prices and taking advantage of thier customers. But soon that wave wil run its course, with interest rates up, inventory stable and the inability to mention covid as a reason to be unreasonable. You can definitely find another dealer that will at leasdt avt as if they are interested in helping you out. They will say that I am giving them this review because they rejected my offer of 10k under msrp which is "not realistic" but thats nonsense - to be clear my review is based on the fact that they ridiculed my offer by asking if it was a typo and an entire exchange that made me feel more undervalued than what they say I offered on the car. Best wishes to the management team qnd Bob that defended this type of business practice. More
I received exceptionally horrible service especially from they "customer care" specialist Chaz Johnson. And i believe his response to me was disrespectful and racially driven. I own a 2019 Cadillac which is currently under the new car currently in addition to being certified pre-owned. My rain sensor and highbeam lights are not working and instead of even looking at my car they told me they were going to charge me if they looked at my car. They are supposed to at least look at my car because it is under warranty. But charging me regardless is not something they do for anyone else not of color. I told Chaz I was going to contact GM regarding my treatment and said goodbye. He then called me back and told me not to bring my car back to Mcguire. To tell me not to come into their dealership when I did nothing to deserve this treatment speaks volumes on how they treat their clients of color. More
The disrespect and rudeness that we received today has made our experience one of the worst in customer service at McGuire Cadillac parts department. If this is how you treat your customers in the parts department I can only imagine the rest of your business. This has been the third and final time we would step into this dealership. The first and second time I figured the Parts manager had a bad day. Today he has cross the line by making us wait for over 20 minutes as he was having a conversation with a coworker. He stated to his co-worker when she advised him we were waiting, that we can wait. Talking down to us and making you feel as if we were beneath him. It did not go well nor will we allow anyone talk to us the way he did. This is your manager? This is what every Malouf Cadillac customer is talking about. Shame on you for treating people the way you do. This needs to be addressed if you want to gain trust, to gain business and yes respect. More

Bad service December 18, 2018 I don't know if this happens at other dealers or to any other person but service at Mcguire Cadillac was the worst I have ever e December 18, 2018 I don't know if this happens at other dealers or to any other person but service at Mcguire Cadillac was the worst I have ever experienced. to began my car was tow in for service with a death battery which I was aware of so I requested for a new battery in order to check all codes the car had on so they did they called me and informed me of all the problems with the vehicle. I approved the service to be done that over all cost me a little over $2000. Come to find out they did not even gave the car a courtesy car wash and when ask their excuse was that the weather was cold. This is not all when I turn the key on the ignition the check engine light is on so I went back to the service desk. " we would take a look at it they said" brought it back drove home because it was late and the dealer was closing with a check engine light on. when I call the next day they told me to bring it back. and now magically the scanner that apparently they use to get the codes works but only this time they call me to tell me that is going to cost me another $2000. I then began questioning that if is either the scanner they are using is malfunctioning or is the mechanic that is not qualify. for those of you that own a Cadillac I would please be very careful on who you trust your vehicles with. I will follow up with everyone at cadillac to give me an answer as of why their staff is returning the vehicles with mechanical problems (check engine light on) to their owner even after they were paid for service. More

most of these reviews are bogus the service manager is a complete idiot Richard Levandoski he's old cranky and arrogant .plus the owner is just as arrogant I bought a truck from the service manager is a complete idiot Richard Levandoski he's old cranky and arrogant .plus the owner is just as arrogant I bought a truck from there and it spent more time in there shop then with me after all my problems I went to trade it in and they offered me a ridiculous amount of money for a trade .so I went else where and they gave me a very fair amount .so I bought my new car else where but these idiots are closer to my home so I stupidly brought it there for repairs and all they did was parts change . so I brought it back to where I bought it and it ended up being lemon lawed on the advice of Richard Levandoski from mcguire when all xxxx broke lose this Idiot got mad at me and through me out of his place because I cost him time with Cadillac after all the parts changing he did what an idiot I called and spoke to the owner who is a bigger idiot then the other idiot and he basically told me to go blank myself if you deal with these people you are just looking for trouble your gonna get screwed one way or the other ps I didn't know it till it happened to me if any gm dealer doesn't want to work on your car they can throw you out even if you bought it from them More

At first I though it was just the service center employees having a bad day. I took my complaint even further and spoke with the so called owner and he was just as ignorant as his employees. My brand new escalade has spent more time in there service center then it has on the road. My most recent visit was the worst, I went and the service manager told me to get out of here, that he will no longer service my vehicle and to never come back. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. You would think with the amount of money that I just spent on my truck that I could be able to be treated with a little respect. I will never recommend this dealership to any unless they enjoy being treated like xxxx. More
Horrible Service Went in for a warranty issue with an extended warranty. Service writer very rude went in at noon and left at 4pm. I had to do all the work to get the warranty company to pay the dealer when they had advised the dealer they were waiting on a tax form. I sat in the waiting room and every time I went to the service writer he just stated we can't let you have your car until the warranty company pays. Once I advised them that the warranty company was waiting on a tax form no one knew what it was and stated the warranty company was lying. I was advised to talk to the service manager Rich and he was rude and kept interrupting me. I advised the payment was authorized and they had approval that the warranty company was paying why did I have to wait for the warranty company to send over the credit card. they stated it was their policy. Once I put up a fuss then they let me pay the deductible and leave. The car was dirty and now vibrating when I left. I will never go back to this dealership!! More
