Michael and Austyn took very good care of me during my visit. Michael initially approached me in the lot and was very patient as I walked around almost all McKenzie's stock. He arranged a quick appraisal visit. Michael initially approached me in the lot and was very patient as I walked around almost all McKenzie's stock. He arranged a quick appraisal of my trade while we test drove my selection and I had a deal in my hands within what seemed like thirty minutes of arriving. I did not purchase immediately, in fact, I brought my wife and neighbor back that evening to see the car. Michael walked all the way to the end of the lot with the keys to let my wife and neighbor sit in the car. I visited the next day and purchased the car. Austynn was great with the paperwork; he is a true professional. More
