Terrible experience. I drove 2 hours and was told the price was more than than the internet price then they gave me the internet price then turned around and charged me 3 I drove 2 hours and was told the price was more than than the internet price then they gave me the internet price then turned around and charged me 3000.00 for a “recouping” which I was not told about. Then went to finance and they said it was my lucky day I was getting coupons for a warranty and free oil changes for 3 years. I was handed a iPad type thing to sign that didn’t show any money but a few days later I looked at my paperwork and I was charged 1555.00 for the warranty and 616.00 for the free oil changes. Do your research before signing anything on those type of devices. I am beyond disappointed. More

I had a terrible experience trying to buy a vehicle. First, the sales person I was working with didn’t return my messages. Second, since I was not getting a returned calls, I called the internet manager First, the sales person I was working with didn’t return my messages. Second, since I was not getting a returned calls, I called the internet manager. Terrible experience. All I asked was for them to honor the internet price. I had to push him to get there. Then, he told me he was losing money by honoring the price and told me he would negotiate no further. That’s not how you treat a potential customer. I was planning on buying a truck for them today. All they had to do was honor the price and treat me with respect. More
Extremely poor communication. My car is at their shop and I can't get anyone to tell me when the parts will be in. After 2 emails and a phone call on (8/2/24) to the dealership. I received the initial email stating the middle of this week for possible parts delivery. Have emailed 3 times this week. Twice to the service person associated with the repair order. Once directly to the dealership. No responses. Hopefully, the service techs are top notch once the parts arrive. I'm hoping the communication issues I've been having are not an indication of what's to come. More
Everything went well until I got to the finance guy. This was a cash deal and he kept trying to up sale a warranty. I told him NO atleast fifteen times. I had to threaten to leave before he stopped.
