This was the worst experience of my life trying to by a car. So long story short the team messed up from the very start of financing. There was something that wasn’t put in and then they had to resubmit. T car. So long story short the team messed up from the very start of financing. There was something that wasn’t put in and then they had to resubmit. Then they lost the paperwork between them and the bank. Then it got there to late. Ha to resubmit again then bank didn’t want to do it. I had then truck for 9 weeks and had to turn it back in. Already had it tagged and everything. Put new parts and tire on i. They offered no compensations or anything. They was like playing a game to them. They lied about trying to get into something Else have contacted Mr Dereck Hill the GM there at the dealership. Never counted back or anything. So now I can’t even get into a vehicle. Need to lawyer involve now. These guys would mess up a wet dream. They acted like I shouldn’t be upset about the times I was there it always took over 2-3 hour to get anything done. It was like. Game to them. The finance team there shouldn’t be trusted with making a copy of anything. 30 yrs exp my butt. But anyway just stay far away from this dealership. More
Andre was outstanding to work with, we walked in to the dealership just to look at a new Jeep. Andre was so easy to work with and zero pressure that we walked out with a brand new 2025 Rubicon. Sales person Andrew was great help answered all of our questions and helped fing us the right vehicle. The service department is horrible we have an issue with a brand new vehicle. 1st time I was there fo questions and helped fing us the right vehicle. I took off another day of work and it's still not fixed. I asked about compensation for the issues and the GM said that that they can't do anything like that. So I still have to take the vehicle back for a 3rd time More

Worst customer service I've ever had. I bought a vehicle in Dec 2023, I paid it off early in April of 2025. During the purchase I also got a GAP policy, it took weeks after paying off my I bought a vehicle in Dec 2023, I paid it off early in April of 2025. During the purchase I also got a GAP policy, it took weeks after paying off my vehicle to get a response from the dealership that I needed to come sign paperwork. I did so, and never saw my GAP refund. I followed up for weeks and never got a response. I finally was able to get the Finance Manager to respond and he said I never signed the paperwork, I argued that I drove over and signed it in person and described the person that helped me. He said well "it's not in your file.." he emailed me the same forms that I had already filled out and signed and said I'd see something in a few weeks. That was 6+ weeks ago, nothing and he's not returning my messages yet again. BUYER BE WARE!!! More
Purchased the vehicle, believed we got a good value. Vehicle broke down the next day and per computer analysis, vehicle had flags for nearly all of the 30 days prior to purchase. Vehicle ended up in shop at another dealership for a week. Did not enjoy our interaction with the financing manager- high pressure and shame tactics used. Incomplete documentation of terms and conditions provided at purchase. Had to ask FOUR times post purchase to receive a response and the missing pages. I hope the vehicle is in fact reliable. Again, felt like initially we got a good value, but experience in the 8 days afterward left much to be desired. Vehicle also provided to us with the gas tank on empty. Salesman Franklin responsive. Would not purchase from this dealership in the future because of the customer experience. More
Came into town for my grandma funeral and my truck(2024 Dodge 2500 30,000 miles) started acting up so I limped into the dealership and asked them to run a diagnostic test and was told since I didn’t have a Dodge 2500 30,000 miles) started acting up so I limped into the dealership and asked them to run a diagnostic test and was told since I didn’t have an appointment they couldn’t help me and to take it down the road. They couldn’t take 2 min out of there day to run a test that takes seconds to do to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle while there were three employees just sitting around looking at each other. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life and do not recommend doing business with these people or that dealership!!!!!!!! More

They give you pennies for your trade. They waste your time by standing by their manager deciding how they can trick you more. They add on more costs with insurances you don’t need. They promise to fix things early on in the deal until it comes time to sign then they aren’t there. They force you in to financing longer than you want so they can make even more money. More
