I realize this may sound a little harsh, but I dropped my car off for diagnostic service, and my window (which hadn't had an issue in 8 years) suddenly stopped working. When I picked it up, the quote for ser car off for diagnostic service, and my window (which hadn't had an issue in 8 years) suddenly stopped working. When I picked it up, the quote for service was twice as much as other places in the area. I asked for ideas on what might be wrong (not a full diagnostic workup), but was told I would have to pay for that. After clarifying that I just wanted some ideas, the sales staff became defensive and again insisted I would have to pay. I decided to just let it go, paid, and made arrangements to have my car towed. I'm not sure if I'll be back for service. Obviously, buying a car is best done at dealerships, but it's clear to me that the sales department here is focused more on squeezing every ounce of profit out of each car than on customer service. When it comes to their service department, get prices in writing first before confirming your appointment. I just drove up for my 11:30 appointment today only to find out that the $54.99 oil change special writing first before confirming your appointment. I just drove up for my 11:30 appointment today only to find out that the $54.99 oil change special (tire rotation extra $15.00) is now $155.00 and the differential service is now $250.00 (plus or minus a few dollars because my blood was starting to boil). Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and drove off. I think they must have a target of finding a minimum of $500.00+ worth of stuff wrong with your vehicle to make quota. The bottom line is there needs to be truth in advertising in Arkansas when it comes to vehicle maintenance. As for this rating service, the dealership responds under your review that they are going to make contact but they never do. Saying you will make contact and doing it is two different things. At least they did not get a chance to tamper with my controls again. Well, it’s off to the other rating sites. More
Had an appointment at 8:15. Sat in my car for almost an hour before driving off. There were 8 cars in front of me and 7 or 8 cars behind me. My daughter's Monday started very badly. Her 2013 Honda Pilot had to be towed to your dealership service department. We knew it was going to be an expensive fix, there was no way around that, but your service department was absolutely outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about how they treated my daughter. She says her car drives like new again. As a result, she told me that, when the time comes, she is buying her next vehicle at McLarty Honda. I told her I would most definitely never buy another vehicle without coming to you first. GREAT job, and I don't know the names of the techs, but they were awesome. They sell elderly people repairs they don’t need, & the building has condensation on the walls which means must, mildew, and mood are close by. People with asthma, allergies, or compromised immune systems building has condensation on the walls which means must, mildew, and mood are close by. Also it gets sweltering hot in the waiting areas and they keep you waiting awhile if you aren’t buying a new car. Bring a book. More

It took 3 hours and they do not offer free oil changes for customers that just purchased a vehicle from them.
