Because the response from McLarty Honda to my initial review completely missed my INITIAL point along with the sales person, i'm going to try to be more simple in my critique. My cars window had been working fine for 8 years. It stopped working the moment my car had been dropped off at the dealership. I'm very aware the diagnostic process takes time and money, which is why I asked for IDEAS (which cost about 30 seconds to a minute of someones time). Which I believe is the very least you can do since I already paid a lot of money to diagnose a separate problem and now have to believe that my car window just happened to stop working the moment it got dropped off at a place that fixes cars. I don't believe I deserved a defensive worker and now a response to a review that clearly didn't try to get the distinction I was trying to make. I won't harp on this any longer, I will just wait for the final review from the American Honda Motor Company to air out my grievances. Thanks.

I have been going to McLarty Honda for my oil changes for over 10 years. This is the first time that I have received such terrible service. The manager (David) told me that they are busy and everyone just need to be patient. It was Christmas Eve and I asked him why did they allo so many people to make appointments if they knew they didn’t have the manpower to deal with the demand. He was very rude and snappy and nothing he said made sense
