Very Bad communication and they don’t care about ur time I purchased a car from them October 31.. Signed all paper work so I thought .. I reReceived a call saying I had more paper work to sign 10 days later. I purchased a car from them October 31.. Signed all paper work so I thought .. I can go up there at 2 and be to work for 3 ..When I got there they had done lied .. they needed proof of insurance which i had already gave them .. so i sent them another one .. I’m like i need to go .. He took my keys and said they needed to do some work on the car .. I’m like ok .. mind you it’s like 2:15 and I let him know i have to be at work for 3 ..He was like you can’t have your keys till i get the proof of insurance.. i sent it ...ended up calling in not knowing what they was doing to the car.. I’m pissed .. the bank I financed through wanted to add a GPS to the I’m like what .. ok whatever.. it took them 3 hrs to do the job .. I’m 7 months pregnant was not offered a xxxx water sitting there looking crazy .. had done missed work .. they could have told me this before I came .. I would have came eArlier that Morning I’m just calling xx on the whole situation it could have been handled better.. More
