Excellent all around! I recently had an issue with the stereo in my new car and was able to schedule through Don to get it fixed right away. While the car was in, Don infor I recently had an issue with the stereo in my new car and was able to schedule through Don to get it fixed right away. While the car was in, Don informed me of a recall that needed to be addressed as well. After multiple scheduling attempts (all my fault), Don got me in with a loaner car, working with my schedule to get the recall addressed. He was always very professional, friendly, and effective - it was a pleasure to work with him! More
