Excellent Customer Service! I went on-line and requested a service date and time. Wishing minutes I had received and e-mail confirmation for that service date. I also received an e-mail confirmation from Don Cohen, the Service Manager I requested. When I arrived this morning I explained that I needed an oil change and tire rotation but I was also hearing a rattling noise. Don said he would have it checked out. He then asked if I needed a ride home and promptly called Mike. Mike showed up within seconds and drove me back home. Mike was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable with his driving. Later that day I received a call from Don to tell me that he had parts to fix the rattling noise and he could have it done that same day. I agreed and the car was done before 4:00 p.m. Don sent Mike back to my home to pick me up--what great custom service! I was so pleased that they were able to fix my car the same day. A+ rating from me! More

On Aug 5th I sent in an email request for leasing information on an in stock unit, 2 days later I had to ask the sales person, (Saul Gallegos) a second time for information regarding a lease. On Friday (Aug 9th) 5 days after my original inquiry, Saul finally emailed me back and simply typed "NO", he refused to answer any questions, giving me no guidance, no information, no help whatsoever. Upset, I then called and left a vm with JR McGee, one of the sales managers at McLoughlin Chevy, requesting to speak with him. It is now September 13th and still no answers, no call back, no email. The best part is that I wanted to do business with McLoughlin Chevy because they used to be one of the highest rated Chevy dealers in the Portland area. In the long run, I ended up with a shiny new Trail Boss from Wentworth Chevy! They were much more helpful, polite and offered fantastic customer service. More
