My recent experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. I inquired about a vehicle that was advertised online at a specific price, only to be told after the fact that they added a mandatory disappointing. When I initially questioned the fees, I was told it could be removed — and then later told it could not. The numbers changed multiple times, communication was inconsistent, and ultimately they stopped responding altogether. I value transparency when buying a vehicle, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. More

I selected “no” because “maybe” was not an option. Staff were friendly, but I brought our 4xe in for service because we got a “hybrid service required” alert.
