Called to asked if my car was ready. He was rude on the phone. Asked the final price, "it's what I said during the first time you stopped in!" Very rude! Hung up right after previous statement. No thank you, you are welcome or any thing that was customer service related to this experience at McMullen Ford. Will be not be returning or referring them to anyone. More

Wish I didn’t have to give it a 1 star Truck seized motor with less than 600 miles on it. No rental car until 3 days later.
