Regret buying a Ford I had my 2013 Ford Edge serviced for 2 problems I was having and only 1 was fixed!! A warning on my touchscreen comes on saying “System off to save ba I had my 2013 Ford Edge serviced for 2 problems I was having and only 1 was fixed!! A warning on my touchscreen comes on saying “System off to save battery”. I explained to Mr Smith that we replaced battery but it didn’t correct problem. I asked him to please have that fixed. I am extremely dissatisfied. Mr Smith’s attitude didn’t help matters. It would’ve been nice if he would’ve shown some concern even if he had to fake it. so...we will not buy another Ford. I’m considering trading in my Ford for a Toyota. I dread having to go back to Ford Service Center.. More
