Bad customer service. While my repairs were done in a timely fashion once my part was in, everytime I had to deal with anyone it was horrible customer service. Once my car even broke down outside of the service center & it took forever for anyone to ask if we needed help & I'm pretty sure that guy was a manager. The service center employees have very busy attitudes. It was just bad customer service all around. I definitely will not be buying my next vehicle there. More
