Been coming here for two years straight for all my oil changes and tire rotations with no problems because the car is new and nothing really needs to be changed besides that. So now I'm hearing a noise changes and tire rotations with no problems because the car is new and nothing really needs to be changed besides that. So now I'm hearing a noise from the AC I bring it in , first day they don't hear anything so they tell us to come in and show us the noise we hear 20 mins before the mechanic goes home. On our way , they finally hear the noise. At this point we turn around and wait to hear what happens the next day. So it's 1pm I haven't heard anything so I call. They are still figuring it out & they will call back when they find the issue . 3pm they find out the condenser is leaking Freon therefore it has to be replaced and since it's under warranty they will replace it TOMORROW. So this is going on day 3 and all this time I'm carless with 4 kids at home and my Husband at work with his car. I was never offered a loaner or anything . So day 3 the car was finally finished at 4pm just in time for me to take my kids to their mma class. They send someone to pick me up which was the best thing they did. Get my car back & it's STILL MAKING THE SAMS NOISE. At this point I leave bc I already signed the papers and they brought the car to me and never said hey let's test drive before u leave . So besides this concern I also had a tire rotation, oil change and a differential oil change as well. Before I took my car in I knew I had a nail in my tire and it has a slow leak but I plan to get it repaired else wear. So tell me why they never noticed the mail in my tire & THEY DIDNT PUT AIR IN MY TIRES! So on top of hearing the noise on my way to the freeways I get an alert that my tire pressure is low on my tire that has a slow leak. I knew what the tire pressures were before I came in and didn't tell them specifically to put air in my tires bc I know that is mandatory. I called back they advised me to drive it a few days to see if the noise goes away some how. Drive it a week with the noise coming back less often then the first time. I filled complaint with dodge about everything . I'm back in the shop this last Monday after not being able to get ahold of the lady who called me to take care of my issues and concerns. I called her 5 days straight , leaving 3 voicemails and never a call back. I go in ask for her directly , she meets me and remembers who I was and like nothing she tells me she will take care of everything with the car. She take me to George who is very nice and the veteran service writer. He is very nice and sits in the car with me trying to determine the sound. He hears it and tells me he thinks it's the blower motor ( but since he isn't a mechanic he shouldn't of try to make a guess in my opinion) . He does do a good job of getting the mechanic and showing him the noise as well. Once they get my car in I don't hear from them until the next day after I called in around 1 again. They said the Freon way LOW like almost empty!!!! Are u kidding me. So I worked at a dealership and a mother car shop before so I know that any AC job requires an an recharge which is with a machine that puts the FREON IN YOUR CAR. So the idiot mechanic most of not even noticed that there was no Freon in the machine and all this headache is because of him!! So this time I come and George goes to the car with me to hear for the noise which is now gone because the Freon is full and isn't messing up my car anymore !! So when I'm loading up my kids in the suv I notice all my car seats were taken out and the two back rows were out down for some odd reason! They shouldn't have even been in my car for an AC issue . I now had to connect 3 car seats and they used a whole quarter of a tank . I had just filled up my car before I went here so that was noticeable . Can't help but think they used my car to load stuff up and take somewhere else !! Never ever ever coming back to this very UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP! More

We discussed .the problem in more detail, and they sent a tow truck out to pick up the vehicle that afternoon. The next afternoon they called me and said all recalls were completed, and that the car starts just fine. They asked me if I wanted to pick it up.right away since they were presently 'short handed'. I asked them if they could deliver it the next day, and they said no problem. The next morning a polite young man drove it to my home, and said all work was performed under recall warranty. They never tried to sell me on anything outside of my needs.. More

BUYER BEWARE* I went to Mcpeeks to purchase 2020 Charger Hellcat. Ronnie the Sales Manager lied and was deceitful when the final paperwork was completed. I agreed to selling price of $79k plus tax and license(see text exchange in photo) Then Ronnie agreed to sell at invoice price of $77415.(copy attached) I have called the manufacturer to express my disappointment with the deceitful business practice there! Absolute con artists and liars.... I really tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt and even waited to get the full story before jumping to conclusions. Went by there to see a Jeep that was listed for sale at 30,500. I test drove the car with Amen in sales and everything seemed to be going well. I said I wanted to purchase the car and was preapproved for financing and asked to put a deposit down on the vehicle because I had to get to a charity event. They said no problem and took my card for the deposit after they went over the deal with me. Then quickly gave me a refund because they said the car was online so couldn't have a deposit but they said they would hold the Jeep in the back for me until I came and purchased it. Found out later this was so they could raise the price on me while holding the vehicle in the back for me. Ronnie in finance said there were NO ADD ONS and we were all set for the next morning to purchase the vehicle. I set up a ride with Lyft to take me to the dealership the next morning and did not receive any call from anyone that Ronnie would not be in. Luckily I called the next day before my Lyft ride had arrived and found out Ronnie would not be in. I was told by the sales rep that he was in the hospital with his wife having their twins (later finding out that was a lie as well). Mean while I had changed my entire day around with my own business to make this happen. Here is where things got even more shady and deceiving..... I hear back from Ronnie in finance that everything he had told me the day previously was incorrect and there were 3 add ons totaling close to 4K in Mark up. One of which being Dent protection which is literally an optional warranty (nothing preinstalled).And he said there was nothing they could do to remove these or even discount them! (What a joke!) then as Im dealing with all of this, we had agreed to meet the next day and cover all of this and I find out they raised the price of the Jeep by $1500 while it's being held in the back for me! Can you believe this! I'm not making this stuff up! So now I'm on the phone with Ronnie and find out there is nothing he can do about anything yet he is finance manager over there! so then I am told to call the owner 2 days later he will see what he can do to resolve things (the owner couldn't even give me a quick call even though he had my cell) and they can't hold the vehicle for me while they are trying to Nickle and dime someone else to buy it! I was literally laughing at this point because I have no idea how people stay in business when they do these things to people. Needless to say, I am not calling the owner and won't be doing business with these guys and will definitely not let anybody I know do business with these guys. Absolutely disgusting business practice and a huge waste of my time. DO NOT buy from this place. They are what give car dealers a bad name. Run!!! More

Not trustworthy at all. $150 " to check what's wrong with the car" according to Mike the service writer. P0455, P0456, P0304, P0204 were codes I went in with. When I left I still had code P0456. Salesperson Richard Sakamoto agreed to sell me a 2019 Dodge Charger, sent me a contract, and upon contacting him the following day, he said that the vehicle was "sold by accident over the weekend" even after he put a sold sticker on it. He offered to make up for it and sent me a contract for the same vehicle in different color. I received contract, took out loan, and then Richard informed me that he had more bad news, that this vehicle had 724 miles on it. He offered to take $500 off, but I declined. How can you send out a contract with that much of a mileage discrepancy? Took WEEKS to get my check returned from them. Managers Ronnie Bostek and Kyle Gibson were also useless. Both offered to look into things and never replied. This dealership should be looked into by the state of California as there is a definite pattern here.. . More
