Sales people are very nice. Unfortunately, due to their service department my whole family will not be returning. I have asked to speak to the owner and the service manager decided to call instead. She told me my business was no longer wanted and to not ever return. It all began when I showed up for my appointment on January 2 nd, 2026 at 10 am. I was 10 minutes early. There was not one employee to be found. There were people in the customers lounge. I asked where they were. A man stated they all walked that way about 15 minutes ago. Another man stated that they didn’t say anything. I asked if they came here often because this was my first time here. They all said they had been and it was okay. After about 15 minutes I walked around to see if there was anyone. There was not. A gentleman told me he had been there since 8:30 for an oil change, his truck was up on a rack so he was stuck. Finally, people from service arrived. I introduced myself and explained how it was my first time there and that was disappointed that no one was available. They explained they were called to a first of the year meeting by the owner. I suggested they leave someone to speak with costumers or at least a note. They proceeded to check my car in. I went sat in the lounge. A gentleman asked what they said and I told him. He stated that’s no way to run a business. The other three men that were there agreed. That was the end of our conversations about the dealership. We were talking about mechanical issues with cars when the owner came out and spoke to me directly. I explained how I moved and the dealership I usually go to was an hour away and I was looking for a new place, and it wasn’t a good impression no one being available. He apologized. My car was done. I had planned to be there for several hours for my recall. I was there for almost two. They didn’t fix it. They just looked at it and had to order the part. I was told the part would be there on Monday. I was not happy. I had made the appointment mid December. Had they told me they needed to look at it to be able to order the part I would’ve came in earlier. They ordered it, made an appointment for Monday. Then I was informed it was a 6 hour job. I was unable to sit there all day due to doctors appointments. They agreed to give me a loaner car”if available”. I explained I needed to know if there would be one or I’d need to reschedule. I was trying to get this done before we went on a long trip. By the end of the day they had found a loaner. They never called me I had to call them 10 minutes before closing. That’s when things got worse. My part didn’t come in. They didn’t call me. I was told my order was cancelled then it wasn’t. They’d have to contact Chrysler to see what was going on. No one was ever able to give me a straight answer. No one ever called me, even when they said they would get back to me by the end of the day. I waited several days before calling again each time. This went on for two weeks. When I asked to speak to the owner the service manager called instead. That’s when I was told my business was not needed and to never return. More

I would first like to say I did not buy a vehicle from Mcsweeney Auto group. I had communication on a Ram Rho for a couple weeks and actually came to drive the vehicle and was seriously interested. The salesman(Chris) and I were working a deal on a late Wednesday afternoon. I asked to sleep on the deal and he said ok. The next day I learned Chris no longer worked at the company. That same day I was messaged about finishing the deal. I relayed the things that were discussed between Chris and myself and what I wanted to do. The reply that I recieved implied that we could go ahead with the deal which meant removing the mcsweeney family advantage from the deal. There are text communications to support agreement on that. I drive 50 plus miles on a Saturday morning to meet a new salesman who seems like he has no interest in the deal because it's a split deal commission. He comes back with the original deal which was 2500 more and basically says take it or be on your way. So I grabbed my keys and left and he proceeded to crumble the offer sheet and trash it. I love to support local businesses and do as often as I can. This salesman that I will not name was very unprofessional and treated me like he could care less if I purchased or not. He also said he wouldn't beg for someone to buy from him. Not sure who the general manager is, but I'm sure you don't coach that approach to your sales staff. The vehicle i was prepared to buy is still currently on the lot. All I asked for was to not pay 2500$ for things I did not want. Now I plan to spend 80k $ for a truck elsewhere. Anyways, this review likely wont be read or even considered but I feel better sharing my experience with this dealership with as many friends as possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND! More
