Service advisor Tommy was amazing,as he always is,service tech got the work handled quickly, and Kevin Woody ALWAYS makes sure everything is right. Also Jamie asked if I would like a soda or coffee and was very pleasant as she always is. Mcsweeney is the best Dealership around hands down. This is why me and my wife continue to purchase vehicles from them. More

It took two weeks just to get a quick diagnostic battery check and have the two batteries replaced for $950.00, only to find out that replacing those two batteries did not solve the problem. When I asked if the Jeep was road tested, I was told it was…even though it was in the exact same spot as when it was dropped off. Upon starting the Jeep, it was evident that it was impossible to have had road tested because the computer shut down the Jeep after only a few seconds after starting. I had to wait another week to get it seen again and that was only after I switched service associates and went higher up the chain of command. Within a couple hours of diagnostic testing, the fuse block was isolated as the culprit, it was replaced and I was notified of such. When I went to pick it up, I was given paperwork that showed a complete service check was complete and it was road tested. However, upon getting into the vehicle, warning lights showed me that I had very low tire pressure in one of the tires. This again, made me question the integrity of the service department. If a full service check and road test was completed, then why were there warning indicators on the dashboard and why didn’t they get attended to. I have no intention of ever using McSweeney CDRJ service department ever again…and even though I am now in the market and looking for another new vehicle, I can guarantee you that I won’t be purchasing it at McSweeney.
