Staff was friendly and knowledgable. They were eagar to make a sale, but did not feel too pushy. There seemed to be honest concern from the dealership staff to ensure I was satisfied with every step befor make a sale, but did not feel too pushy. Bought 2 trucks 6 wks ago for over $70,000. Blew front tires on dodge mega cab, to find out they were 4 ply tires on a 10 ply required truck. This tire split from side wall to side wall completly through tires on dodge mega cab, to find out they were 4 ply tires on a 10 ply required truck. This tire split from side wall to side wall completly through the steel. Due to the fact that it was not strong enough for that heavy of a truck! Lithia offered "used" tires, then when we refused those, there offer was to put some off brand tires on our truck. WE had goodyear wranglers why would we want generic tires? On a new truck, seriously? They had B.F. Goodrich tires there in stock that were for our truck but to have these tires put on we would have to come out of pocket $240. This is really crappy customer service It was ok for us to buy 2 truck for a total of over $70,000 6 weeks before, and you want to treat your customers this way. You Could have kept a happy customer by making the tires right, but there choice was to screw over there cutomer. This was not just the cost of the tires, This was a life threatning matter. If we had been driving 65 while towing our trailer, (like we were just 5 mins before hand) it could have been deadly. Lithia Nissan will never see any of our business again, Nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in there customer service. More
