Service manager is very unprofessional and pretends to know nothing. When I asked to speak to him he never made an attempt. He was telling advisors he has spoken to me before my visit and that was a li know nothing. When I asked to speak to him he never made an attempt. The service advisors and techs are good and honest about wait times and work that needs to be done. My 2 star rating was because of the service advisors and techs. Manager deserves a no stars. More

Service Department - I brought my Mercedes’ Benz into this service department for the first time. I needed a schedule B service and was informed it would take up to four hours to complete. I received my this service department for the first time. I needed a schedule B service and was informed it would take up to four hours to complete. I received my car 6 hours later. I paid for the service and upon receiving the car the engine and ABS brake lights were still illuminated. The replacement air filters were still in the front seat and not installed. I had to leave the vehicle an extra day to address the unfinished issues. The next day call I called at noon and nothing had been done to my car. I finally received a call at 12:45 that a technician was addressing the outstanding issues. After waiting 3 hours I went to the dealership for an update to only find the service was still not complete. I was informed this would took more than a hour to complete. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a Mercedes’ service department. There was clearly dirt still on the car following their car wash. I cautioned anyone using this service department for future service. There was a lack of communication and customer service during this process. A complete waste of a second day waiting to address simple items from the first day. More

So I brought my Mercedes back in November. It was at 2013 C250. I had seen their awesome reviews and decided to drive an 1 and 45 minutes to go purchase a vehicle from them. I worked with Debrah who was grea C250. I had seen their awesome reviews and decided to drive an 1 and 45 minutes to go purchase a vehicle from them. I worked with Debrah who was great! Very helpful! She explained everything in detail and was very polite and understanding. The overall process of purchasing the vehicle was good. However, since then has not been good. The day I brought it I found out later that night, that the heat did not work. Only the cold air worked. So within a week after my purchase, I had to bring it back in so they could fix it. It took them four days to figure out and fix the problem. I was upset that within the first day, something was broken. Not only that, clearly the dealership didn’t over look the car to see that things where not right. As a high end car, I would except they would. Now three months later I go in for my first service. I have a message about my front left sidemarker lamp and my rear driver side tire is leaking air. It goes down from 32 to 24 PSI over night. I also am experiencing a lose in power/delay in response every time a press on the gas to speed up. When I arrive at my appointment at 1, I explain to them all of the problems. 4 hours later I get my car back. I get told they are unable to find anything wrong with my tire. All I was told was “we looked and didn’t see anything wrong” if it keeps happening let us know. Mind you I told them for the last week it had been losing air and had to be filled up everyday I drove it. I would figure they would do more then just “look at it” once again this is a high end car dealership. Clearly something is not right if it’s been losing air everyday for the last week. I was told that my car has two codes in regards to the power and that it needs to be looked into. I was told the price to look into it will be almost 400 and that’s without the part price. Now I have to go back down in a week to have them look into my car and wait for it to be fixed. So within three months it has been in the shop twice for repairs. The message I told them about is still coming on after my service as well. So now I am starting to ask, did they really do and look into the things I asked and what else are they saying they “looked” at and didn’t. I am very unhappy with the service department and excepted better service then this. Very disappointed. More
