My recent visit to this location will be my last. The dealership is good at providing loaners, but having my car in service for a radiator leak and undercarriage noise for 10 weeks with no updates or The dealership is good at providing loaners, but having my car in service for a radiator leak and undercarriage noise for 10 weeks with no updates or repairs is absurd. Approximately a year ago, my car's radiator overheated while driving, so I searched for a reliable service center near me, and Beverly Hills was recommended. A couple of days later, the car was towed to the service center to be repaired. A month later, I got a call that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. On the way home, the coolant light turned on again, so I took it back, and other issues came up. The technicians did not do a great job checking if everything was okay before giving the car back. The pump was switched out a couple of times, before realizing that the issue was not the pump to begin with. After the repair was done, I noticed the car was shaking (never had this problem before). Additionally, there were visible scratch marks on the fender and hood. I emailed the supervisor, but never got a response. Lastly, there was electrical tape hanging from the bottom of the car. Almost eight months have passed since I had the radiator repaired, and the car started leaking in April. It's only been 8 months, and the car is leaking again?? I doubt the car was inspected after the repairs were done. On April 27th, I dropped the car off due to the leak, undercarriage noise (have a video), and shaking - all of which I stated to the advisor. The car was in the shop for TEN WEEKS, and I did not receive any updates. Within the 10 weeks, I called and texted the advisor numerous times to get updates, and all I got was "I'll call you soon for a update" in May. I also called the service center to speak to a supervisor, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. At the end of June, I called again and was told the system was hacked for two weeks. The system was hacked for 2 weeks??? My car had been there for more than two weeks and still had no updates. TEN weeks later, I get a call that my extended warranty is not covering the leaking hose and would cost $1600. The part costs $100, where does the other $1500 come in? Labor? My concerns about the shaking were not mentioned in the paperwork. The strange noise coming from the front left wheel, which made me feel unsafe driving the car, was not repaired either. Technicians were "unable to locate the noise." Yet they claim I denied service for it. Basically, my car sat there for 10 weeks, the battery died (app notified), and no repairs were done. Incompetent service center. Today, I picked up the car, and on the report they give, it states, "Noise in the front area repairs declined at this visit, the customer declined at this time." I never once declined the strange noise issue. I declined the $1600 repair because I knew it could be done for much less. Overall, I won't ever be coming back to this location. Make sure you take pictures of your car and the loaner car. Beverly Hills Service Center is a mess. Worst experience. More
