On an extended road trip thru Texas in our 2015 Sprinter Class B. Noticed one of my front tires wearing abnormally and called Boerne to schedule an alignment. Was going to follow that with tires. We were a Class B. Noticed one of my front tires wearing abnormally and called Boerne to schedule an alignment. Was going to follow that with tires. We were able to do both the tires and alignment in one stop rather than searching out a tire shop. The Sprinter specific service manager took charge of the entire process long and short of is that they could have passed me off as a one time, near to return customer, but they did the opposite. They got me back on the road in a safe manner with minimum delay to us. Definitely would recommend Boerne to anyone needing service. More
