The negotiations were unbelievably easy and quick. I countered the first offer and they came back offering me the deal I requested. I thought the whole process was extremely fair and easy. Even Harry Sugarman, financial consultant, was a pleasure to deal with. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Sales consultants Ken Lucas and Nick Verdile were awesome- extremely professional and made me very comfortable. The car was not ready for delivery so I was given a loaner and Nick as well as Mark Bradberry, product concierge, delivered the car to my home one hour away, a couple days later! Mark spent over an hour explaining every little detail of the car. I am not only in awe of the vehicle I purchased, but also the entire buying experience.
