I am writing to praise Elizabeth and one of technicians(sorry I don’t remember your name sir). My C250 was making a ticking noise that I thought might be a new noise. I made a quick pit stop into the service area and asked if someone could quickly listen and confirm if the sound is normal. Elizabeth and her tech came out and reassured me it was normal. No fuss. No appointment needed. No $150+ fee to confirm this. It might not have meant much to them but it meant a lot to me. Thank you for your professionalism. Y’all are always top notch. Mercedes of Columbus is the only shop working on my Mercedes. More
