After our purchase, things went very wrong. I elected to cancel a Vehicle Protection Product ($5,000 "insurance policy" if my car got stolen in 5 years) that I purchased. I emailed my salesperson in 20 days after purchasing the vehicle (60 days cancellation window as stated on the contract). I received a phone call asking me to call him back (nothing else). He did not return my calls. I emailed a cancellation requesting for the second time, which prompted an immediate voicemail on my phone, trying to bamboozle me with some "discount package" that comes with the car and no explanation about trying to get my refund. I emailed back demanding my $159 be refunded and the dealership has gone dark. No call, no email, no voicemail, no letter. Poor customer service and they clearly do not follow the Sonic Automotive Dealership's (parent company) own "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics" https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/_4ec3e67e8b2cf4ffa30446dad72e83b5/sonicautomotive/db/791/6810/file/Sonic+Code+of+Business+Conduct+%26+Ethics+Update+For+IR+Website.pdf DO NOT SHOP HERE! For $159 they have chosen not to refund me, after politely asking 3 times, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The website offered a discounted price on the car, then when I called in to confirm the car was still available, I received the Internet salesman who put me with a new car salesman named Kris.
