Absolute waste of time. I agreed to a deal on the phone with Salesperson Nick Liu. I went and picked my parents (the car was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift to my dad who turned 80 years old) and came to the dealership. Nick acted surprised to see me which was odd but I went with it. He said the car we had agreed on wasn't available to test drive because it hadn't gone thru PDI but can be looked at. We decided to test drive a similar car just to make sure my dad liked it and afterwards we stopped by to see the car we agreed on in person which we liked. We got back to the dealership and I said ok let's do it and he is like one minute while he goes to discuss things with his manager George Bik and then comes back and tells me "I'm sorry the car just sold to someone else." I was like you have to be joking. I was made to look like an idiot in front of my parents. I will never ever go anywhere near this dealership even if they gave me cars for free. What a sad pathetic group of guys, completely unprofessional. Avoid this dealership and Nick Liu at all costs! More
I was disappointed when no one told me that they had assigned my car to a mechanic that wasn’t there that day and my husband had a doctors appointment the next day and I didn’t have a car. They did exactly what was needed on the car. schedule B service. They did not try to do a hard upsell for things that we could wait on.
