Worst dealership possible!! Look else where!! Wipe their hands if a used car. Won’t fix any issues that were found the next day. Wouldn’t think of shopping here again. Incompetence and total confusion Colamity began with service dept logging my info onto the wrong vehicle. Asked for svs to check vehicle, change oil and perform vehicle inspection. Service manager said everything was completed and they ran the car. After paying I went to leave and got down the street and heavy smoked poured from my back end. I immediately returned. Service claimed they over filled the oil by a half quart of oil and a vacuum hose broke. Actual paper said thay over filled by 1 quart. Again I'm told everything is all set and the vechile was driven. Once the vehicle was returned to me I opened the hood and there was no evidence of oil splatter or evidence anyone actually wiped anything down. The dash computer was never reset and displayed a message saying the vehicle was over due for service. There does not seem to be any quality control or pride taken in their work. The inspection sticker was thrown on so sloppily that it covers half of the windshield data below it. I will never return to this dealer for either service or to purchase a new vehicle. I would have expected this from a local gas station but never from a Mercedes Benz dealership. More

The service I received from when I drove into the Pride parking lot was top notch. Mat Cena and the whole Pride team exemplified what customer service should be. They addressed the recall issue and another problem I was having with my C300. Mat called me to keep me apprised of progress and when the car would be complete. You should offer to train other companies on what customer service used to be and should be again. More

Excellent first service experience I was in for my Service A. This is my first Mercedes, so my very first experience with my dealer’s service department. I was greeted promptly, the s I was in for my Service A. This is my first Mercedes, so my very first experience with my dealer’s service department. I was greeted promptly, the service team member was knowledgeable and very helpful, and the shuttle driver was waiting for me, not the other way around. From drop off to the time I arrived at work was less than 30 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was after 6:00. But there were still plenty of people working and I was helped immediately. We went over my entire service, and the rep even checked to make sure a stain that I had asked about had been addressed. Someone brought my car to the front door - no hunting around their lot for my car. This was such a different experience from my prior service experiences with another brand (of which I have had two vehicles in a row and refused to use their service department unless it was warranty work). If this is a strategic plan to keep Mercedes’ owners loyal to the brand and loyal to the dealer, it is absolutely working! More
