NEW CAR IN 3 HOURS- DOOR TO DOOR AS I HAD PURCHASED FROM MERCEDES OF MANCHESTER BEFORE, WHEN MY WIFE AND I WERE DISCUSSING GETTING A REPLACEMENT FOR A TRUCK, MEANING AN SUV, I CALLED AS I HAD PURCHASED FROM MERCEDES OF MANCHESTER BEFORE, WHEN MY WIFE AND I WERE DISCUSSING GETTING A REPLACEMENT FOR A TRUCK, MEANING AN SUV, I CALLED CHRIS THIBODEAU AT THE DEALERSHIP. I ASKED HIM A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT CARS I WAS LOOKING AT ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD BE DOWN AROUND 2:30 ON SATURDAY. WHEN WE ARRIVED, HE CAME OUT TO LOT AND GREETED US BY NAME. HE MUST HAVE HAD A PICTURE OF US IN HIS WALLET ! WE PICKED OUT 3 DIFFERENT VEHICLES AND DECIDED TO GIVE EACH ONE A SHORT TEST DRIVE. CAR 1 WAS VERY NICE BUT HAD LESS ROOM IN IT. CAR 2 HAD TOO SMALL OF A REAR WINDOW , POOR VISIBILITY SO CHRIS DIRECTED US TO A GLC43, WHICH WAS A MEDIUM SIZE SUV. IT HAS TERRIFIC STORAGE CAPACITY AND A LARGE WINDOW IN THE REAR. SECOND ROW SEAT FOLD OUT OF THE WAY WHEN YOU NEED EVEN MORE SPACE, GOING TO THE GARDEN CENTER. IT IS FAST ENOUGH FOR ME AND A GOOD SIZE FOR MY WIFE TO DRIVE ALSO. CHRIS SENT THE CAR INTO THE SHOP FOR A WASH JOB, PUT ON TEMP PLA:TES, DID OUR PAPERWORK, AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY BY 4:30 PM. GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND. , More

A Great Experience! We went to the Mercedes Benz dealership looking for a used Dodge Caravan. We saw a 2014 Caravan on line where it was priced undermarket value by $150 We went to the Mercedes Benz dealership looking for a used Dodge Caravan. We saw a 2014 Caravan on line where it was priced undermarket value by $1500.00. I quickly contacted Mark Ames and made an appointment on Monday and picked up the Carvan by Thursday nicely detailed like new! I cannot say enough how courteous, professional and just helpful they were! He was aware of our budget and was not in the least a pushy car salesman. Mark and answered all our concerns and made the necessary repairs to the van. It came with only one key and Mark went out of his way to get a key for $100.00 when they usually go for over $200.00. He went further and guaranteed that he would cover any cost of the key if it went over $100.00. Though I only went there to buy a lowly Dodge Caravan for $12,000 We were treated as though bought a $60,000 Mercedes Benz! More
