I had to get service and needed a loaner over night. I worked with Jon in Service at he Manchester location. I had been told by a local non- Mercedes dealer that I needed new brides when I brought my veh I worked with Jon in Service at he Manchester location. I had been told by a local non- Mercedes dealer that I needed new brides when I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. I asked Jon to make sure that I did need new brakes and to call me before any work was done. He did that quickly. I did need new brakes. My car was ready and I had a loaner overnight. Jon pulled my car up and turned my AC on before I got in. Nice job. More
