Was waiting on vehicle and it took 4 hours to get a Service B job and I was left waiting while car was finished about 30 minutes more until told it was ready. Then the service tech gave me a summary of Service B job and I was left waiting while car was finished about 30 minutes more until told it was ready. Then the service tech gave me a summary of 12,000 of charges that’s wrong to my car and said here you go there a lot of issues with your car. No this and this can be done then maybe this. Just didn’t care. Just gave me paperwork and said let me staple your $600 receipt for the service B. No care in the world. I know it’s my problem but at least care enough to say get this done and this to help you out. More
