From the time you walk in, until the time you leave, the entire dealership welcomes you! The complications my vehicle presented, was received, evaluated, and executed. I’m so blessed to have found such a great service advisor. Many advisors and dealerships has lost the ability to display empathy and to be deemed as trustworthy. However, Dexter Thompson, exceeds skills that can not be taught. He explains thoroughly, keeps you updated, and listens! It is going on 3 years and 2 vehicles since my first encounter with Dexter for a simple oil change, and I would not dare go to another dealership or advisor! When a company and its employees have the ability to understand your needs, meet and exceed all expectations for your vehicles, and provide it with class; you’ve got yourself a winner! Brought my car to replace 4 tires and they said we need to keep the car because one tire is dangerous to drive on? but Sorry we do not give loaner cars. kept car for three days and still not done.
