My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
I have had 3 Mercedes Benz and my new 9 mth old car was stolen. I walked into the dealership just to browse and met Jessica. I spent 2 hrs with her asking question after question. If it was not for her aggessive ways I would be driving a Lexus.
In the 9 months that passed the lease payments on the CLS was through the roof. I was going to purchase the new E350 2010 but still wanted my CLS. Jessica managed to get me a great deal on my CLS 2009 that no other dealer was able to do or even pursued!
She is all you want in a sales rep. She is trustworthy, sweet, attentive but aggressive in a good way. She goes to bat for her customers to meet all their needs.

I do not live near MB of Massapequa but they pick and deliver my car for servicing.

In the past few weeks I visited alot of dealerships for MB, Lexus, Audi etc.
I came across some very sweet but devious sales people.

Jessica Martinez is a class act! MB of Massapequa is a great clean warm showroom.
You won't go wrong! I was amazed how many wonderful reviews MB of Massapequa got and how few alot of my local dealers got. MASSAPEQUA MUST BE DOING SOMETHING GOOD!

Massapequa dealership in ny-

I would not recommend this dealership the manger here is very manipulative and plays games with price he will give you a quote and when you go to dealership to buy and pick up the car he would jack up the price, very slick person, no work ethics.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, run from them very unprofessional can not trust this dealership.
please buy your car somewhere else unless you want to pay highest prices and ongoing price games.it is a horrible dealership even manager is afro- american who seems like has no work ethics and is dishonest person beware of this dealership-Run, dont waste your time in this dealership it is a complete rip-off.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
Have been taking my MB to Massapequa since I purchased it. Recently, I went any they couldn't give me a loaner car because I was under 25. Instead they rented me a car and that was "defective", had to return the car for another rental on a sat. They shouldn't want my money or sell me a MB if they can give me an MB Loaner car. Wrote the manager, but instead I got a call from MB corporate apologizing for the trouble. They referred me to a new dealership, so all is well.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
Excellent dealership!! Felt right at home as soon as I walked in. The facilities and cars are amazing but it is the staff that makes the place. Joe Barreno was the nicest person and a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I wanted to take him home with our ML350!! He took the time to explain everything we needed to know and had a warm charm and friendliness to him. The follow up call the next day to assure everything was ok was great and meant a lot.

Scott Rieger was also extremely helpful when it came time to discuss the financing. He made sure we were very clear on all of the documents that we needed to sign and made what could be a nerve racking experience extremely comfortable.

This was my first Mercedes and from the experience it may be the first of many!
It was a great pleasure to have Joe and Scott help me through the entire process.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
I have been leasing cars for the past 25 years and for the past 15 years they have all been Mercedes. I was a little reluctant to go to this dealership which was sold to a large corporation about 1.5 years ago. I must say with in the past 25 years of leasing all types of cars I have never had more pleasurable or comfortable feelings obtaining my most recent lease on June 12, 2009, A 2009 CLK 350 (My 3rd one). I must thank Scott Rieger for being so courteous, honest and organized by providing me with maximum satisfaction and knowledge of every piece of the transaction all the way through making sure that my son and I drove that car out with big smiles. We will visit Scott if not to lease another vehicle just to say a nice hello he so always deserves. Any contacts/requests that come to me personally in reference to a Mercedes Benz will be directed only to Scott!

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
for about a year i had been searching for the perfect vintage SL. i was pleasantly surprised when one turned up at Mercedes of Massapequa. a salesman on the phone said the car was in mint condtion and upon inspection it was even nicer than he described. Eric Molbegat and Matt W spent a great deal of time with me. The asking prices was more than fair. They accepted my offer a bit shy of their asking price and it was a seamless transaction. I bought the car contingent on a leaky seal and a/c service being completed (bear in mind the car is 23 years old and its normal for seals to leak....even on a benz....after 23 years). i picked up the car and it was detailed by their service guys. long story short i loved the Mercedes of Massapequa experience. if you are looking for a benz you must give them a call first. they are the greatest. i will by my next car there, no doubt about it.

All I can say is that Paul Dapontes & Kevin were two of the most professional men I have spoke with in a long time.Paul new just what we needed so instead of letting us purchase a vehicle that would put us in the same situation (too small)he explained and left with a vehicle we Love & a great feeling for the sale.Kevin explained everything so that we understood why such extras could be neccessary.Neither one spoke out of line & made us feel very welcomed & we will definetly be a long time customer from now on.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
My husband and I have been deciding on a new car. We have looked at Lexus, Infiniti and attempted another Mercedes-Benz dealer earlier in the week. Peter Papadagionnis and Eric Molbegat were knowledgeable and helpful. We were not pressured and they stayed well over closing time to help find the right car for us. Most importantly, there were no pricing games. Another dealer we visited was like "let's make a deal." Shortly after returning home we would receive phone calls regarding "better" prices. After my test drive, there was no question that Mercedes far surpassed the other vehicles mentioned in it's class. We signed on our first visit and left there relieved that the search was over. We look forward to picking up our new car today or tomorrow! Both the car and the dealership were the right fit for us. Anyone wishing to receive polite, knowledgeable, friendly service in a great environment and be treated with respect should take my advice and see Peter and Eric at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa for an exceptional product.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
Jessica is amazing she dealt with my constant calling and questioning for 2 weeks up until I picked up my new C300. She worked tirelessly to get me the car I wanted and on the date she promised me. She definitely succeeded in making me happy and content. She is the only person I will choose to deal with from now on.
Kevin got me signed and on my way within 10 minutes of sitting down with him. He didn't force any unwanted options on me and was extremely friendly and willing to get me out and into my car as soon as possible.
Together these two people made my car buying the easiest ever and I wouldn't recommend anyone but them. I will definitely only use Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa from now on.
