My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
I have been leasing cars for the past 25 years and for the past 15 years they have all been Mercedes. I was a little reluctant to go to this dealership which was sold to a large corporation about 1.5 years ago. I must say with in the past 25 years of leasing all types of cars I have never had more pleasurable or comfortable feelings obtaining my most recent lease on June 12, 2009, A 2009 CLK 350 (My 3rd one). I must thank Scott Rieger for being so courteous, honest and organized by providing me with maximum satisfaction and knowledge of every piece of the transaction all the way through making sure that my son and I drove that car out with big smiles. We will visit Scott if not to lease another vehicle just to say a nice hello he so always deserves. Any contacts/requests that come to me personally in reference to a Mercedes Benz will be directed only to Scott!

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
for about a year i had been searching for the perfect vintage SL. i was pleasantly surprised when one turned up at Mercedes of Massapequa. a salesman on the phone said the car was in mint condtion and upon inspection it was even nicer than he described. Eric Molbegat and Matt W spent a great deal of time with me. The asking prices was more than fair. They accepted my offer a bit shy of their asking price and it was a seamless transaction. I bought the car contingent on a leaky seal and a/c service being completed (bear in mind the car is 23 years old and its normal for seals to leak....even on a benz....after 23 years). i picked up the car and it was detailed by their service guys. long story short i loved the Mercedes of Massapequa experience. if you are looking for a benz you must give them a call first. they are the greatest. i will by my next car there, no doubt about it.

All I can say is that Paul Dapontes & Kevin were two of the most professional men I have spoke with in a long time.Paul new just what we needed so instead of letting us purchase a vehicle that would put us in the same situation (too small)he explained and left with a vehicle we Love & a great feeling for the sale.Kevin explained everything so that we understood why such extras could be neccessary.Neither one spoke out of line & made us feel very welcomed & we will definetly be a long time customer from now on.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
My husband and I have been deciding on a new car. We have looked at Lexus, Infiniti and attempted another Mercedes-Benz dealer earlier in the week. Peter Papadagionnis and Eric Molbegat were knowledgeable and helpful. We were not pressured and they stayed well over closing time to help find the right car for us. Most importantly, there were no pricing games. Another dealer we visited was like "let's make a deal." Shortly after returning home we would receive phone calls regarding "better" prices. After my test drive, there was no question that Mercedes far surpassed the other vehicles mentioned in it's class. We signed on our first visit and left there relieved that the search was over. We look forward to picking up our new car today or tomorrow! Both the car and the dealership were the right fit for us. Anyone wishing to receive polite, knowledgeable, friendly service in a great environment and be treated with respect should take my advice and see Peter and Eric at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa for an exceptional product.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa:
Jessica is amazing she dealt with my constant calling and questioning for 2 weeks up until I picked up my new C300. She worked tirelessly to get me the car I wanted and on the date she promised me. She definitely succeeded in making me happy and content. She is the only person I will choose to deal with from now on.
Kevin got me signed and on my way within 10 minutes of sitting down with him. He didn't force any unwanted options on me and was extremely friendly and willing to get me out and into my car as soon as possible.
Together these two people made my car buying the easiest ever and I wouldn't recommend anyone but them. I will definitely only use Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa from now on.

I entered the dealership only to browse. I ended up leaving with a brand new vehicle and I could not be happier with it. The employees all helped out and Kevin took his time explaining everything so I was fully comfortable with the vehicle and everything that comes along with purchasing the vehicle. The dealership as a whole definitly knows how to treat their customers, you can not beat their customer service.

My wife and I came in looking to purchase an ML 320 BlueTECH as our daughter's first car. Although we had visited two other reputable Mercedes dealerships, from the minute we walked into Massapequa Mercedes, the care, friendly service, and extremely accommodating attitude they relayed, guided our decision with ease. Todd Foster is an incredible salesman who first and foremost, took the time to ask us what was more important to us in regard to our choice in purchasing this particular vehicle for our daughter. Not only did Todd have such knowledge and experience with the cars, he strived for the understanding of our most significant needs to be met as well. With such witty humor and a welcoming demeanor, it was very easy to trust Todd and make a decision to close on the deal the day we first visited the dealership. Mr. Foster took great interest in making sure that our daughter would be able to operate the car with full knowledge of its interior as well as exterior system. He surprised her by putting the exact car she desired in the showroom, waiting for her to jump in and admire (thinking that it belonged to another customer that had already purchased it that morning)! Our daughter, Marianna was full of happiness and shock when she realized that this beautiful vehicle was now hers! The Massapequa Dealership, is from now on the only Mercedes Dealership we will rely on and buy our cars from. Thank you for giving us such a memorable experience, Todd and Mercedes Benz.

We just purchased our third car with this dealership. We were fortunate to deal with Jessica Martinez. Her exuberance and expertise are outstanding! After 35 years of buying/leasing cars, we can honestly say this was the best experience we have ever had. Jessica is an asset to this dealership. From the minute she introduced herself, to the day we drove home with our new E350, Jessica was bubbly, warm and more knowledgable than any other salesperson we've ever dealt with!

I have bought and leased many cars over the years, however my experience at MB Massapequa has surpassed the others by far.Kevin Crandon greeted my wife very warmly, was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted.I did not intend to close a deal on my first visit, however ended up doing so because Kevin and his supervisor made the transaction seemed so effortless.I was given ample time to test drive and compare between the C300 luxury and sport models which was valuable in helping me to make my choice.
A few days after I took delivery, Kevin called to make sure that things were going well. I picked up a sharp object in one tire about one week after delivery, and all it took was one phone call, he had someone there to assist me although it was after the normal service hours.
Way to go MB Massapequa, I'm glad that I found you.
