We take our new car home, few days have passed and now the finance department is texting my personal number without my approval about he’s need me to come back in because the original deal of first 2/3 payments will be taken care of by MB. Now it’s not being honored and my credit was ran multiple times. A few with out my consent. I had to redo my application through several different banks to get a higher loan and interest rate. Mind you my credit is in excellent condition and I had to leave work to take care of this on a Saturday. Now that I’m done with everything with this place I will no longer come here for anything not even my car services. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS, if the initial deal sounds to good to be true it probably is. Completely unprofessional and one of the most dishonest places over ever been too. More
