We were stranded and as you can imagine our anxiety was through the roof. The staff rose to the occasion and assured us they would take care of our problem, no matter if we were local customer or not. They through the roof. They immediately put our minds at ease, telling me that they had a loner car available so we could make our Funeral on time, and that they would keep us informed on the diagnoses. They figured out the problem that day and I was back on the road the next day. No matter how busy they were they made us feel important.
